We offer comprehensive photography services, including professional makeup and styling. Even if you have applied your own makeup, our makeup artist will still make necessary adjustments or touch-ups to ensure the best results based on the shooting environment and style requirements. For clients with sensitive skin, we recommend bringing your own personal makeup products. Since makeup service is included as part of our photography service, the pricing remains the same whether you bring your own makeup or not. We appreciate your understanding.

During your scheduled time, if possible, we can do a reshoot to ensure you get satisfactory photos. Please provide specific suggestions to help our photographer capture even better photos for you.

Passport photo retouching needs to comply with the official requirements of the respective country. Generally, basic adjustments to brightness and contrast are allowed to ensure photo quality, but altering a person's facial features is not permitted.

We have top-notch lighting equipment, professional photographers, and an experienced team of makeup artists to ensure you look your best in front of the camera.

The processing time for passport photos is approximately 1.5 hours. If your appointment is after 4:30 PM, you will need to pick up the photos on the next business day. Resume photos and professional portrait photos take about 1-2 weeks to process, while graduation photos and portraits take 3-4 weeks.

Our retouching team will send you a preview version of the retouched photo via WeChat or email. If you have any adjustments that need to be made, please inform the retoucher of all the changes you require in one communication. Any modifications beyond the third revision may incur additional charges and require rescheduling.

After the photoshoot is completed, we will first show you the final edited photos for your confirmation. Once confirmed, we will proceed with the layout, printing, cropping, and packaging of the photos. Electronic copies of the photos will be sent to your specified email address. You can choose to pick up the physical photos in person or opt for postal delivery. If you require express delivery, please note that there will be an additional shipping fee.

For a typical set of photos, such as regular identification photos, we usually provide a set of printed photos, typically ranging from 2 to 6 copies, to meet the size requirements of most countries.

For other types of photography services, the selected package already includes a specified number of printed photos, including any additional edited photos you choose. There is no need for you to pay extra for these prints as they are included in the package.

At 33VISION, tipping is entirely voluntary and serves as a recognition of satisfaction with the staff who have served you. If you are pleased with the photography process or the final results, you are welcome to provide a tip at your discretion.
